COVID19 – GSDCQ Event Cancellations

Email from the Secretary of the GSDCQ dated 15 March 2020:

Dear Members

This evening the Executive Committee of the GSDCQ Inc., held an emergency conference call meeting to discuss the current government COVID-19 pandemic warnings.

The following decisions have been made in the interests of health and safety of all members:-

 

  1. The General Meeting scheduled for tomorrow evening, 16 March 2020 @ 7.00pm is CANCELLED.

 

  1. The GSDCQ Inc. Interim President has provided the following recommendations for the attached GSDCA 60 Day Motions:–


Motion 1. Agreed
Motion 2. Agreed
Motion 3. Agreed
Motion 4. Agreed

The Executive Committee has voted and approved that the above recommendations be sent to the GSDCA.

 

  1. The Breed Survey scheduled for 9 May 2020 is CANCELLED.

 

  1. The General Meeting scheduled for 25 May 2020 is CANCELLED.

 

  1. The GSDCQ Inc. July Double Championship Shows scheduled for 4 and 5 July 2020 are CANCELLED.

 

  1. All GSDCQ Inc. Activities will cease until further notice.

 

  1. The next General Meeting of the GSDCQ Inc. will be communicated when advised by Health Authorities that it is safe to do so.
